  • the process of working with madro studio begins with a 15-minute intro call where we get to know each other and discuss the client's goals and expectations for both the project and our collaboration. this helps ensure we're aligned before moving forward.

  • after the intro call, the client and madison will schedule a 30-minute call to discuss the client's vision for the project. if the client decides to add the research or mood service, the call will be an hour long and will include the insights madison has gathered, along with the mood board she has created.

  • after the vision call, madison will send a comprehensive document to the client outlining the project plan, including lead times, branding details, and the key elements needed to ensure a successful project.

  • within a month of the intro call, madison will present the final project to the client during a 30-minute call. during this call, the client can provide any revisions or additional requests they have for the project.

  • one week after the final call, madison will deliver the completed project to the client. at this point, the client will have full access to the project, including all rights to any edited photography and videography created throughout the process.
